Delivery times Orders are typically delivered within 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping cost A flat Standard Shipping rate applies at checkout, shown before you complete your order.

Payment on delivery We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Please have the exact amount ready for our delivery partner when your order arrives.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll be able to follow up on its status by contacting us directly on WhatsApp with your order number.

Delays While we aim to meet our delivery windows, factors like weather, traffic, or regional conditions in Lebanon can occasionally cause delays. We'll do our best to keep you informed if this happens.
