Exchange policy
Sealed items
An item may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if it remains unopened and sealed. The customer pays the delivery fee for this exchange.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or does not match its description, H2Go will exchange it free of charge, including the delivery fee.
